This will be the second time that I have done a donation for Lily’s Legacy. This is an rescue organization that rehomes older, large breed dogs. This donation came with a specific request. They asked 11 artist to paint one of the dogs in their care. They provided the photos and we did the rest. I chose “Missy”. They will photograph all of the paintings and then the photographs will be put into a 2017 calendar to sell at a fundraiser for the dogs. I hope this helps Missy to find a new home.
