It was a beautiful September day that I had my art reception at Dairydell Canine in Petaluma, California.
There were 25 of my pieces displayed throughout the facility. Most of them were dogs, but I also brought in a cat and a horse portrait. Yes, I do other animals too! Kurt and Camilla, owners of the training facility, were sure to have a ceiling spot light on each individual piece.
People started to arrive at 3 p.m. and we had a full house until 6. Of course, I wanted there to be more in attendance, but I can’t complain. Approximately 60 quests were in attendance. Mutt Lynch Winery poured wine and I also provided Lagunita’s New Dog Town Pale Ale and soft drinks. Dog theme all the way! Guest said they were very impressed with the entire event and especially the art. People loved the fancy finger food provided by the owner of Water Street Bistro of Petaluma. There beautiful bright bouquets of flowers scattered throughout the facility and a fun mix of music playing. I was very greatful for such wonderful clients, friends, and family who were there to support me on my veryspecial day. Love to you all!
